Thank you to high school math teacher, Megan Moran, for sharing this example of how a teacher might train his/her students to assess and self reflect. This is an important component of a well-rounded and robust assessment culture. It's not about grades - it's about learning. And for us to train students to become learners - not just grade earners - we need to train them to be reflective.
